We appreciate the opportunity to provide exceptional service for your upcoming event. Terms & Conditions     1.    Reservation & Deposit     •    A deposit equal to one (1) hour of service is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.     •    The deposit is non-refundable. However, if cancellation occurs at least seven (7) days prior to the reservation date, the deposit may be applied toward rescheduling for a future date.     •    The remaining balance must be paid in full upon pick-up at the start of service.     2.    Prohibited Substances     •    The consumption of drugs and alcohol aboard the vehicle is strictly prohibited by law.     •    Any fines incurred due to violations of this policy will be the sole responsibility of the customer.     3.    Rules, Guidelines, and Charges Customers are responsible for adhering to the following rules and guidelines. Additional charges may apply in the event of non-compliance, as outlined below:     •    Cleaning Fees:     •    $75 and up for extensive cleanup (e.g., spills).     •    $250 per incident for shampooing and disinfection due to sickness.     •    Smoking Fee: $200 per incident.     •    Damages:     •    $200 or more for each burn hole, tear, or other damage to upholstery.     •    $200 minimum for any act of vandalism.     •    Renters and passengers are fully responsible for any and all damages, whether accidental or intentional, that occur during the rental period.
